Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework and C#. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. * Work on bug fixing, troubleshooting, and improving overall application performance. * Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency. * Follow best practices in software development, including coding standards, system design principles, and maintainability. * Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and promote knowledge sharing within the team. * Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following .NET development standards. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across codebases and environments. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core or .NET 5+ is a plus). * Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications. * Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles. * Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution. * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or backend development. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and modern .NET technologies. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. * Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling. * Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
