Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using C# and .NET 6+Work across all layers of the application stack, including front-end (Blazor) and backend (.NET)Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliabilityWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following SOLID principles and industry best practicesDevelop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure high software qualityParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practicesCreate and maintain clear and concise technical documentationCollaborate with architects, product owners, and senior engineers on system design and architectureProvide guidance and mentorship to junior developersActively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in C# and .NET 6+Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patternsGood knowledge of data structures and algorithmsExperience working with Blazor for front-end developmentExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs using .NETHands-on experience with at least one relational database (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Exposure to at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB, CosmosDB, RavenDB)Familiarity with version control systems (Git)Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Nice to HaveFamiliarity with AWS cloud servicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
