Overview Responsible for handling large budgets media campaigns for our Media clients. Equipped with Digital Programmatic Buying knowledge with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms for large-scale clients and well-versed with execution. Active participator in the production tasks related to activation, guaranteeing efficiency, precision, and minimal error/issues. Responsible for implementing and managing overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting. Core area to focus: Campaign Targeting, Projections, Campaign Launch, Pacing, Optimization, Account Audit, Reporting, Communications and Quality Check. Responsibilities Input buys and pulling system reports Good understanding of Programmatic Assist in buying/allocation process Develops reports on program content after receiving information from screening service for all prime-time properties Participates in agency training programs, sharing the media knowledge through facilitating training sessions with peers, providing in-depth media strategies and platform know-hows. Maintain buys–confirm flighting, estimates and track delivery, secure make-goods and ADUs, request, and issue pre-logs and post analysis. Have worked on Campaign Manager tool. Knows to generate tags and URLs for tracking. Ensure commercial inventory is introduced into MBOX system, including estimate and package set up, issuing client schedules, managing inventory, overseeing changes and writing/checking order letters Ability to turn around high-quality work on quick timelines and to proactively coordinate the workload with managers. Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn new skills independently. Possesses understanding of biddable media campaign management, activation, and optimization practices across DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon, Xandr, Meta, Snapchat, Google Ads, Prisma, etc. In this role you should have a good understanding about the post campaign reporting and daily pacing. Basic understanding of various Programmatic media KPI(s). Compile data across several Programmatic media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the operations team and take ownership of pre-campaign to post-campaign requirements. Manage and be responsible for all the campaigns from start to completion. Generate meaningful insights for post-campaign reporting. Handle online advertiser & publisher queries to ensure PG and PMP deals. Manage error free advertiser budget and bid setup. Perform end to end tracking campaign results and resolve issues with the available resources. Proven skills in ad trafficking and troubleshooting all revenue models of a campaign.
