Our client is an established company in the automotive sales industry, operating in multiple markets with a strong presence in Europe. They are currently expanding their operations and looking for a Buyer with German and Hungarian to join their team in Cluj-Napoca, supporting their operational services.

Buyer with German and Hungarian

Role Overview:

In this role, you will manage the full acquisition process of vehicles requested by end clients. You will be the link between sales teams, external dealers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process vehicle requests via CRM. Check and verify vehicle condition at the request stage. Collaborate closely with internal and external sales team. Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process: from request to delivery preparation. Track and follow internal acquisition checklists. Request, collect, and verify all necessary documentation. Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain communication with stakeholders. Handle bank paperwork and ensure proper flow of acquisition documents Engage in price negotiations when needed. Maintain strong team collaboration and ensure excellent communication with the sales department

Requirements:

Advanced German and Hungarian language skills. Prior experience in purchasing, sales, customer service, or automotive industry is a plus. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable with client-facing tasks and communication. Team-player with adaptability and eagerness to learn.
