Key Responsibilities:

Category Management: Develop and execute procurement strategies for marketing categories such as branding, gifting, events, tours, and POP items. Monitor market trends and supplier innovations to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance service quality. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for various marketing services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure performance and compliance. Procurement Operations: Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiation, Management Approval & purchase orders. Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, branding, and finance teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions. Support campaign and event planning with timely sourcing of required services and materials. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor performance. Prepare periodic reports on spend analysis, savings, and procurement KPIs. Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions Meticulous in documentation, and following systems and procedures  Proficient in SAP MM module & MS Excel & PowerPoint Bachelors University Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in marketing services.
