Provides support to buyers in day-to-day purchasing transctions and executes repetitive purcheses.

Job Requirements Act as a liaison between the organization and commodity suppliers, monitoring market prices to ensure the use of the most cost-effective providers. Analyze inventory usage history and market conditions to optimize purchasing decisions. Recommend adjustments to commodity purchase schedules based on demand and market trends. Maintain accurate documentation of sales records, inventory levels, and purchase orders; prepare reports for management review. Assist in researching and negotiating purchases, compiling pricing data from multiple suppliers, and preparing formal purchasing documents. What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or local equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
