We provide a single source for integrated lab service, support and supply management. Our customized service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address your business needs. Whether you are looking to arrange for service on one instrument or are seeking resources to manage service and support for all your labs, there is a Unity Lab Services solution to meet your business needs.\n\nWhat will you do? \n•\tRequest vendor service contract quotes; monitor for timely response; and accurately incorporate quote information into the system(s).\n•\tEscalate large changes in pricing/ inflation.\n•\tIncorporate customer price list and standard pricing database inputs into rollover pricing templates.\n•\tWork with cross functional teams to resolve any entitlement changes/ data inaccuracies in a timely manner.\n•\tAnalyse vendor service contract quotes for accuracy and consistency; measure and report vendor quote response times; and incorporate quote information into standard pricing database.\n•\tAssist with annual pricing process.\n•\tManage add/change and delete requests through the year. \n•\tComplete supplier onboarding documentation as required. \n•\tSupport other projects and initiatives as needed\n•\tProcess ad hoc analysis as needed.\n\nHow will you get here?\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field required\nExperience\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\n•\tAbility to optimally use Microsoft Excel, business database applications, and to document business processes.\n•\tProficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables, and key financial formulas\n•\tAbility to work in large sets of data, find common keys and join data together from multiple systems\n•\tDemonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate pricing outputs in fast-paced environment.\n•\tSelf-motivated when working independently\n•\tDemonstrated focus on continuous improvement processes\n•\tAttention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment\n•\tStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n•\tStrong business and industry knowledge as well as the ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, include external and internal information, draw conclusions from ambiguous data, and optimally benchmark results against appropriate baselines\n•\tStrong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required\n•\tProven track record to build interpersonal relationships with customers, peers and operating partners\n•\tManage multiple assignments, has good judgment, and prioritizes projects and time effectively\n•\tCommitment to continuous learning, show career progression and development, and seek opportunities to stretch capabilities\n•\tExhibit leadership, initiative, and embrace the Thermo Fisher Scientific 4-I values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement\nAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 90,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
