Job Title: Junior Buyer
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Buyer to support our team in the aerospace industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on an Aerospace Engine Program, focusing on reducing lead times and eliminating supply chain bottlenecks. The successful candidate will gather and analyze data to contribute to management reports, helping to drive efficiencies in our operations.
Responsibilities
+ Gather daily data from Buyers and ERP systems.
+ Organize data in Excel and perform light data analysis.
+ Prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly use by management.
+ Ensure on-time completion of project milestones and program results.
+ Maintain accuracy of exported data and analysis results.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, ERP management, or related field.
+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and simple formulas.
+ 2+ years of experience with ERP systems and data export.
+ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on supplier performance.
+ Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working with Honeywell or in their supply chain is a plus.
+ A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management is beneficial but not required.
Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment located just north of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, with access to the manufacturing and engine finishing floor. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on innovation and sustainability in the aerospace industry. Dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
