Short Description: Manage deliveries and escalations of the assigned commodity and suppliers across multiple manufacturing sites
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned.
•\tManage deliveries and escalations of the assigned commodity and suppliers across multiple manufacturing sites
•\tTo complete this successfully you will:
o\tMaintain accurate ERP records, quote, and item master
o\tExecute purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner
o\tMaintain accurate delivery information in the ERP system and in alignment with MRP requirements
o\tEstablish daily working relationships with suppliers, managing changing priorities and escalations
o\tMaintain strong internal stakeholder relationships through follow up, communication and quality of work
o\tIdentify alternate supply opportunities with understanding of components and end products where used.
o\tProvide non-binding forecasts information to suppliers and regularly assess, monitor and report constraints and potential constraints
o\tIdentify root cause issues of delivery constraints and drive corrective actions with both the supplier and cross functional Ichor Supply Chain team.
o\tInitiate and renew supplier NDA’s and other supplier contract agreements as needed
•\tAbility to support US time zone (Early Singapore AM) tele-conferences
•\tEstablish and Maintain DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment contracts inclusive of analyzing and updating quantities, maintaining proper ERP system set up, keeping applicable contractual liabilities and amendments current, mitigating Ichor’s liability, resolving delivery discrepancies, providing forecasts to suppliers and ensuring suppliers are performing to contractual service levels
•\tExecute purchase orders from purchase requisitions for MRO and Outside Processing goods and services.
•\tManage returns and repair process for commitments for assigned commodity
•\tReview and resolve invoice matching and supplier credit holds
•\tManage reclaim / salvage / re-sale / rework of excess and obsolete inventory for assigned commodity

2+ years in procurement (materials buyer/purchaser)
Strong Excel & MRP experience
Semiconductor Industry Experience is a nice to have, strongly preferred
o Good project management skills
o Knowledge of timing and scheduling of purchased goods and services
o Strong customer service skills
o Ability to interact with other members of the organization
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
