Location: Murfreesboro, TN\nType: Full-Time | Onsite (Manufacturing Environment)\n\nPosition Overview\nA manufacturing organization in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Buyer to support purchasing and supplier coordination for production materials and services. This individual will work closely with supply chain, production, and vendor partners to ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules.\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Procure raw materials, components, and supplies to support production needs\n- Create and manage purchase orders; track order status and delivery timelines\n- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and availability\n- Collaborate with internal teams on demand planning and inventory needs\n- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning\n- Support continuous improvement efforts within purchasing and supply chain\n\nQualifications\n\n- 2+ years of purchasing or buying experience in a manufacturing environment\n- Experience working with vendors and suppliers\n- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems\n- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills\n- Ability to work onsite and support a production-driven environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.86/hr.
