Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a buyer to join their procurement team onsite 5 days a week in Melbourne Florida. The role involves supporting the procurement of machine-fabricated parts, either by bringing them to the purchase order stage or managing the full lifecycle from requisition to purchase order for specific commodities. Candidates with backgrounds in automotive, commercial entertainment, aerospace, or defense industries are encouraged to apply. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. Skills and Requirements Experience in sourcing suppliers Office 365 proficiency Familiarity with ITAR restrictions and secure file transfers Procurement and supply chain experience Ability to read technical drawings 5–10 years of relevant experience • DFAR knowledge • FAR knowledge • AS9100 or ISO900 experience • Aerospace and/or Defense industry experience • Manufacturing/machine environment background • Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years of experience
