Main responsibilities:
The Liquor Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal product availability across Albertsons store locations for the liquor category. This role involves forecasting demand, analyzing sales trends, coordinating with suppliers and distribution centers, and executing replenishment strategies to support sales goals and minimize out-of-stocks and excess inventory.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for liquor products, including base items, seasonal assortments, and promotional items. Monitor inventory levels across stores and distribution centers to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock levels. Collaborate with Category Managers, Buyers, and Supply Chain teams to align replenishment strategies with merchandising plans. Analyze sales data, inventory turns, days of supply and service levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Execute replenishment orders using internal systems and tools (e.g., BY, SIMMS, TREX, etc). Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues. Support new product launches and product phase-outs with appropriate inventory planning. Create and maintain reports to track performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory health, DOSH, and PIS. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance replenishment processes and reduce supply chain costs.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
2+ years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain operations (preferably in retail or grocery). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. Knowledge of liquor category dynamics and regulatory considerations is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.We also provide a variety of benefits including:

The salary range is $62,700.00 to $90,480.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
