The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. What You Will Do:

Executing the procurement process to ensure continuity of supply for production materials.Analyzing and processing purchase requisitions in collaboration with internal clients.Identifying new sources of supply, conducting negotiations, preparing and placing purchase orders.Initiating and implementing cost-saving initiatives, with a particular focus on reducing indirect costs.Managing selected suppliers in line with the company's strategy and global guidelines.Building and developing long-term relationships with suppliers.Preparing reports, purchasing analyses, and process efficiency metrics.Participating in supplier evaluation processes and supply risk analysis.Creating procurement documentation in accordance with Collins Aerospace internal procedures.Continuously optimizing procurement processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Provide strategic and operational procurement support for project-based activities, ensuring timely sourcing, contract management and supplier coordinationMonitor procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications You Must Have:

Higher education (preferred fields: management, economics, engineering).Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.Ability to communicate freely in English and Polish in a professional environment.Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.Project skills: understanding of project lifecycles, ability to align procurement with project timelines and deliverablesStrategic sourcing and cost analysis skillsAbility to work with data and an analytical approach to problem-solving.Proactivity, engagement, and independence in action.Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP system.
