Daily Task: • They are going over their queue to review what Reqs are opened • The PO they create are all done in SAP • When placing PO, they will be working with 90% of current suppliers and 10% they will need to source for new suppliers • They will be working with sourcing team when sourcing for new suppliers and working on the RFQ (ad hoc) • When they enter a PO in SAP, they need to follow up on deliver parts, cost and lead time. (#1) • It will be their responsibility to build relationships with the suppliers • They will need to escalate to project manager any outstanding or late orders • They will send open order report ever week • They will also support any reviews with suppliers – providing performance data - Ensure whatever is in system with sales that they are following up with suppliers and look forward to future orders to ensure sales targets are being met (order fulfillment) - Basic knowledge negotiation, not part of core procurement, but negotiation with suppliers , be able to challenge suppliers, price breaks for continuous, multiple quantities, etc..

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
