Daily Task:\n•\tThey are going over their queue to review what Reqs are opened\n•\tThe PO they create are all done in SAP\n•\tWhen placing PO, they will be working with 90% of current suppliers and 10% they will need to source for new suppliers\n•\tThey will be working with sourcing team when sourcing for new suppliers and working on the RFQ (ad hoc)\n•\tWhen they enter a PO in SAP, they need to follow up on deliver parts, cost and lead time. (#1)\n•\tIt will be their responsibility to build relationships with the suppliers\n•\tThey will need to escalate to project manager any outstanding or late orders\n•\tThey will send open order report ever week \n•\tThey will also support any reviews with suppliers – providing performance data \n- Ensure whatever is in system with sales that they are following up with suppliers and look forward to future orders to ensure sales targets are being met (order fulfillment)\n- Basic knowledge negotiation, not part of core procurement, but negotiation with suppliers , be able to challenge suppliers, price breaks for continuous, multiple quantities, etc..

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
