This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Zagreb.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Processing purchase orders in SAP and coordinating purchasing terms and conditions directly with suppliers to ensure alignment

Organizing and monitoring incoming deliveries while preparing all necessary documentation for import customs clearance

Tracking the status of orders and regularly compiling detailed reports and statistics to support operational visibility

Managing product quality issues and resolving delivery-related cases in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers

Coordinating the return of equipment to suppliers, ensuring proper handling and timely execution of the return process

Qualifications for the role:

You are highly skilled in SAP and MS Office, with a good understanding of procurement and logistics processes within the industrial sector

You have established skills in accounting and supply chain operations, with 2/3 years of experience that reflects a strong grasp of order management and vendor coordination

You possess enhanced knowledge of ERP platforms and reporting tools, and are qualified in using them to support daily operations

You are passionate about precision, organization, and cross-team communication, and captivated by continuous improvement and efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in logistic field will be considered an advantage

You are at ease communicating in Croatian and English
