In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Issue purchase orders (POs), follow up with local and international suppliers, and input data into global systems; + Monitor deadlines and deliveries, ensuring operational excellence for projects; + Support import activities and document management, according to department guidelines; + Participate in meetings with internal departments (PMO, Engineering, Quality) to align demands; + Deal with suppliers from different countries The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields; + Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in international procurement of direct materials in an industrial or project environment; + Functional intermediate English skills, capable of expressing oneself, handling emails, reading documents, and participating in meetings; + Basic knowledge of import processes and international documentation; + Proactive profile, good communication and negotiation skills with a sense of responsibility and organization, capable of handling multiple demands and deadlines. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Previous experience working as a foreign trade analyst or directly leading importing operations; + Experience with buying industrial commodities (valves, skids, pumps). + Experience developing new suppliers.
