**Buyer – Construction & Manufacturing Projects** We’re seeking a motivated Buyer to support project and manufacturing teams by sourcing the materials, equipment, and services needed to keep operations running smoothly. This role involves working closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, reliable delivery schedules, and strong working relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** + Purchase quality materials, equipment, and services from trusted suppliers. + Manage rentals, consumables, and coordinate disposal of surplus materials. + Support the development of procurement processes aligned with company growth. + Track parts orders and manage related invoicing. + Resolve discrepancies in deliveries and escalate issues when needed. + Coordinate with 3PLs to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery. **What We’re Looking For:** + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Clear and professional communication across phone, email, and text. + Confidence in navigating tough conversations and negotiations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). + Industry experience in material handling or construction is a plus. **Why Work With Us:** We’re committed to building a team of skilled professionals who value safety, quality, and collaboration.
