Buyer - Food and Beverage Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: London We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Buyer to join a market leading retail business based in London. You’ll lead food strategy across a portfolio of brands – from global names to new concepts – and play a key role in shaping menus, sourcing suppliers, and driving commercial performance.

What you’ll do:

Develop and implement buying strategies across food categories. Work with culinary, brand, and operational teams to build compelling menus. Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. Analyse data and market trends to guide decision-making. Support sustainable sourcing and ESG-aligned initiatives.
