Responsible for developing and implementing material purchase plan based on PSI forecast.PSI预测制定和实施材料采购计划.Change and optimize purchase plan proactively in react to forecast changes, status of material availability/risk, customer requirements (expediting/reschedule)/风险状态、客户要求（提前或推后交期）Maintaining and optimize continuously the appropriate planning parameters in materials replenishment systems (Kanban) to sustain and improve raw material pull effective and efficiently..Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with procedures and manage supplier delivery commitment ensuring on time delivery to support production materials requirement.Coordinate with cross-functional team to fix materials stock-out problems to resume production and develop long-term counter measures..Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases transactions and communications with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues on daily basis, including invoice discrepancies or delivery delays..Improve inventory turns by utilizing pull systems (Kanban) and IMAG (Inventory Management at Gemba). problem-solving for abnormal items over designed inventory level.IMAG（现场库存管理）来提高库存周转率。解决超出设计库存水位的异常物料Responsible for continuous improvement for the assigned job responsibilities..
