**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Release purchase requisition, following up order acknowledgement and expediting delivery time with both local and overseas suppliers
+ Material planning including material alert reports, forecast and accuracy analysis
+ Monitor inventory level including Raw material ABC method, DOH, excess and obsolete stock analysis, customer stock risk management
+ Coordinate with sourcing and engineering teams for order changes, new suppliers and new materials workflow.
+ Coordinate with logistics team for shipment information preparation for Customs clearance, checking with planning team for material availability to ensure the stability of production.
+ Evaluate and improve on supplier delivery performance PDSL, delivery frequency, safety stock etc.

+ A proactive, result-driven sourcing professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
+ Highly ethical, transparent, and collaborative in communication.
+ Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
+ Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor degree in business, mechanical, logistics supply chain or related background
+ Min 3+ years purchasing and material management experience
+ Knowledge in supply chain concepts, ERP
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Well spoken and written in English
+ Caution, proactive and willing to work under pressure
