Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role within butler or guest services at luxury resort.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping, and FB, with a focus on delivering distinctive guest experiences.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing schedules, budgets, and guest preference records.
