**Description:** + Welcome and attend to villa guests, ensuring a personalized and premium service experience. + Assist with in-villa check-in/check-out, offering convenience and privacy for guests. + Prepare the villa prior to guest arrival: ensure setup, amenities, cleanliness and equipment readiness. + Handle guest requests such as dining arrangements, decorations, room service, laundry, transportation, tours, etc. + Communicate regularly with guests to understand their needs and ensure timely service delivery. + Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Culinary and other departments for seamless villa service. + Inspect villa condition, minibar, amenities and premium items to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Assist with special setups such as in-villa BBQ, romantic arrangements, private dining or celebration events. + Resolve and report issues promptly, coordinating solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Host – Villa or Villa Manager. **Qualifications:** + Diploma, College or University degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields. + Experience as a Butler/Villa Host or VIP service is preferred; not mandatory for candidates with good attitude and communication skills. + Strong communication skills with a polite, friendly and well-groomed demeanor. + Good English communication; additional languages are a plus. + Good organizational skills and effective handling of guest requests. + Detail-oriented, attentive and guest-service minded. + Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays; ready to assist guests at any time. **Primary Location:** VN-Kien Giang-Phu Quoc **Organization:** Park Hyatt Phu Quoc **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Guest Services **Req ID:** PHU000497 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
