We are looking for a passionate Butler to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for delivering highly personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, and the ability to create bespoke experiences tailored to individual guest preferences.

Key expectations:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experienceAnticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and servicesMaintain a discreet and professional presence at all timesAct as the primary point of contact for guests, coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B) to ensure flawless service deliveryArrange dining reservations, spa appointments, transportation, and special requestEnsure guest rooms and suites are impeccably prepared according to luxury standardsHandle packing, unpacking, and wardrobe organization upon requestUphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information

Profile:

Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality (5-star or ultra-luxury environment)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest needsFluency in English; additional languages are an advantagePassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
