Washington Hilton is looking for a Busperson to join the team at Four Oaks!

The Washington Hilton, which has 1,107 rooms is located less than 2 miles away from The White House and National Mall. Our 30+ team members report to the Director of Food and Beverage.  Our Four Oaks restaurant is open from 6:30AM-2:00PM daily.

The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience as a Busperson in a restaurant and 1 year experience in customer service. They should have a friendly/outgoing personality, a great approach to teamwork and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous restaurant and hotel experience is preferred. 

Shift Pattern: AM /MID shifts (weekday, weekend, and holidays)

Rate of Pay: $23.13 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repairStock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing areaRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
