The Position

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on healthcare in Saudi Arabia? Roche is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Value Partner to join our team in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will drive the value maximization of Roche's strategic products and portfolios, translating market insights into actionable strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a key partner within assigned ecosystems, you will work toward enhancing patient outcomes while maintaining Roche's reputation as a trusted leader in the healthcare industry.

The Opportunity:

Drive end-to-end tender management, ensuring seamless quotation, delivery, and collection processes.

Strengthen Roche’s corporate reputation and representation across assigned ecosystems.

Contribute to demand forecasting and accuracy, ensuring timely medication delivery for patients.

Monitor broker activity, minimize parallel trade, and track non-recoverable sales within accounts.

Drive overall portfolio sales planning, on-time deliveries, and financial security for assigned accounts.

Analyze product performance and market trends, recommending actions to maintain competitive advantage.

Ensure supply and operational excellence by minimizing penalties, expiries, and delays through effective planning.

Collaborate with PJPs/HSPs and enablers to identify partnership opportunities and support logistics needs.

Lead market pricing updates and competitor analysis to guide strategy and decision-making.

Who you Are:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or tender management.

BSc in Pharmacy or MBA preferred.

CCXA Academy is desirable.

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and governance.

Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and management.

VACC mindset with a focus on adding value and driving collaboration.

Ability to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Excellent business acumen, particularly in tender management.

Proficient in leveraging digital tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Embraces agile ways of working to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building strong partnerships through active listening, questioning, and clear communication.

Demonstrates a growth mindset: quick learner, innovative risk-taker, and a knowledge-sharing team member.
