Business Valuation Supervisor We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Business Valuation Supervisor to join their Valuation & Transaction Advisory team. This role focuses on leading financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client engagements while mentoring junior staff and supporting transaction-related work. What You’ll Do: + Perform financial analysis and develop complex valuation models + Apply valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, capitalization of earnings) + Prepare and present valuation reports and insights to clients + Collaborate with clients to understand business drivers and strategic priorities + Support transaction advisory work, including Quality of Earnings engagements + Provide recommendations based on valuation outcomes + Mentor and guide junior team members + Contribute to business development and client relationship management What We’re Looking For: + 5–10 years of experience in business valuation / financial modeling + Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial analysis + Advanced Excel and modeling skills + Experience working in advisory, consulting, or public accounting environments + CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, or similar certification preferred + Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (Master’s a plus) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.
