Business Valuation Manager

We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Business Valuation Manager to lead valuation engagements and manage client relationships. This role combines financial modeling, analytical execution, and team leadership within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:Lead valuation engagements from proposal through deliveryPerform financial analysis, build models, and assess business performanceDevelop forecasts, benchmark analyses, and valuation reportsPresent findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure quality and accuracy across all work productsCollaborate with clients and internal teams on engagementsManage project timelines, deliverables, and engagement workflowSupervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associatesWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in business valuation, financial analysis, and modelingStrong knowledge of valuation methodologies and reportingAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsPrior leadership or team management experienceBachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA, or similar preferred)Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
