Business Valuation Manager We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Business Valuation Manager to lead valuation engagements and manage client relationships. This role combines financial modeling, analytical execution, and team leadership within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What You’ll Do: + Lead valuation engagements from proposal through delivery + Perform financial analysis, build models, and assess business performance + Develop forecasts, benchmark analyses, and valuation reports + Present findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders + Ensure quality and accuracy across all work products + Collaborate with clients and internal teams on engagements + Manage project timelines, deliverables, and engagement workflow + Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates What We’re Looking For: + Experience in business valuation, financial analysis, and modeling + Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and reporting + Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills + Prior leadership or team management experience + Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA, or similar preferred) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.
