Reporting directly to the Sr. Business Unit Director of EEMEA, the Business Unit Manager will be a member of the EEMEA Leadership Team, and responsible for the financial targets of Poland. The post holder will lead an organization of Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Associates, along with close partnership of Marketing professionals while growing the business by making healthcare better with our unique and brand leading solutions. The role has full P&L responsibility for the region and is responsible for driving strong growth and executing the strategic goals of the Trauma & Extremities business.

**What you will do** :
+ Additional role-specific areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager
+ Develop and lead the commercial strategy for T&E, by incorporating Marketing, Key Accounts and cross-divisional collaboration into the plan, which ultimately delivers the financial targets
+ Able to know when to ‘zoom out’ (e.g. take elevation & develop mid-long term strategic plans for the business ) and when to ‘zoom in’ (e.g. to be on the field to drive business with their team or be an elevation point for customers)
+ Manage and own the P&L for the BU, including achieving sales revenue, margin and operating income annual targets
+ Provide accurate sales forecasts each month
+ Proactively lead the team delivering high levels of engagement which translates into financial results.
+ Ensure as a division we attract, develop, engage & align talent including succession planning & managing performance
+ Be a strong developer of people – set challenging yet achievable targets, give feedback & coaching and recognise top performances to help create a future pipeline of talent for Stryker.

+ Stay abreast of industry development, best practices and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market
+ Set direction for market growth in line with our market strategy
+ Contribute to the creation of, and responsible for the execution of the annual marketing plan
+ Manage key customer relationships (existing and new), aimed at retaining and growing the business and reputation of Stryker in the market
+ Collaborate - with the other commercial leaders within the division; with BUD’s, BUM’s and RSM’s in other local divisions; with Enabling Functions to ensure all internal policies / procedures are adhered to.
+ Represent the T&E Division in providing innovative customer offerings
+ As part of the EEMEA Leadership Team, contribute to the development of the 5-year strategy. This includes input into marketing strategies, acquisition target identification, organization development and Cross-Divisional collaboration initiatives.
**What you need:**
+ 8-10 years sales experience with 5 years in Sales Management
+ Demonstrated experience & performance over time in a leading commercial or Sales Manager role, ideally in a medical device business with proven career progression
+ Direct selling experience within the Medical Device industry preferred, with good relationships with key opinion leaders and knowledge of the market, the main products and competitors.
+ Proven experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments.
+ Experience in contributing and executing on a marketing budget and plan
+ Demonstrated success in building, managing, motivating and developing strong sales teams with direct and/or indirect channels. This includes acumen in setting sales targets and leveraging territory coverage and customer focus
+ Strong Business Acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – acting as an escalation point for your team members
+ Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the capacity to inspire and empower team members to achieve their full potential
+ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport & strong relationships
+ Ability to be persuasive & influence a range of stakeholders, both internally & externally
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
+ Ability to navigate complex interdivisional policies and procedures
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Able to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
+ Self-motivated, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
+ Capable of prioritizing work and maintaining confidential records
+ Comfortable presenting to large groups
+ Demonstrates ethics and integrity in a competitive, demanding environment.
