Your role:

Management and development of BU sales in the Czech RepublicFulfillment of goals and management of the BU budgetManagement and development of a team of subordinates, onboarding of new employeesPreparation of marketing plans for entrusted products, business plans and their implementation and long-term strategic goalsIntroducing new products to the marketPersonal contact with VIP customers and KOLMarket monitoring and competitor analysisContact with product suppliersConducting business negotiationsBasic issues of product registration and price settingRegular contact with headquartersCooperation with other departments and divisions in the Czech Republic

Who you are:

University degree - medical or science education preferredAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position is a big advantageBusiness and marketing experience in the field of pharmacy is a requirementExcellent knowledge of czech and english, both spoken and written languageActive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)Independent, flexible and communicative personality with he ability to lead, motivate and develop a teamBasic knowledge of registration issuesStress resistance, Positive thinking, High engagement and Knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketDriver's license sk. B
