Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage and support the business transfer process. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with insurance carriers, brokers, and agents. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth transitions during business transfers, ensuring all parties are informed, and providing timely updates. Additional responsibilities include assisting brokers with renewals, obtaining loss runs, and preparing written communication on behalf of Acrisure. Your ability to stay organized, solve problems efficiently, and communicate clearly will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete business transfers to designated carriers.
Maintain detailed records of accounts being transferred to Wholesure, including status updates.
Track carriers involved in transfers, along with any specific procedures or requirements.
Collaborate with brokers and agents to ensure a seamless transition process.
Obtain and send renewal documentation on behalf of brokers.
Monitor and update internal systems to reflect platform or leadership changes.
Conduct meetings with agents to review processes and address questions.
Follow up with agents for any missing or outstanding documentation.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with carriers, brokers, and agents to ensure timely completion of business transfers.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proactively stays up to date with carrier information and process changes.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
