As Business Transformation – Process Excellence, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide process improvement and blueprinting initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, simplify, and optimize end-to-end processes, driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and consistent best practice across the organization.

As a Business Transformation - Process Excellence you will be responsible for:

Analyzing end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, duplication, and cost drivers.Defining and owning the organization's process blueprint, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and future-state operating models.Partnering with subject matter experts to design, standardize, and implement optimized processes across functions, product lines, and sites.Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and process optimization methodologies to deliver measurable gains in speed, quality, and cost.Driving consistency, simplification, and standardization across the enterprise, including opportunities for automation and digitization.Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to support decision-making, prioritization, and adoption of new ways of working.Leading change management activities to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term behavioral change.
