Your key responsibilities
In this high visibility position as a Consultant - Senior Consultant you will take part in challenging global / regional / local projects and you will:

Skills and attributes for success
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY advisory services into meaningful valued propositions for clients Strong analytical / problem solving and attention to detail skills with a logical and methodical approach A passion and motivation to provide high quality service to our clients Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
To qualify for the role you must have
Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor and Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other related field with strong quantitative focus Up to 6 years of relevant professional experience Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek Strong drive to excel professionally Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, customer experience, value proposition definition, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer and industry research Experience in the financial services sector Client facing experience from a professional services background
