We are seeking a seasoned consulting leader with deep expertise in enterprise transformation and cloud adoption to drive strategic growth across our Financial Services Sector (FSS) clients. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in delivery leadership, client relationship management, and cloud-native solution development. This role will directly support our hybrid/cloud transformation portfolio and elevate our competitiveness in high-value consulting engagements.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Client Leadership & Business Growth
*
Lead strategic engagements across Tier-1 and Tier-2 Financial Services clients, with a focus on life insurance, banking, and diversified financial institutions.
*
Expand executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding them through digital transformation and cloud modernization.
*
Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, solution shaping, and contract negotiation.
*
Achieve revenue and signings targets through both new and existing client relationships.
Engagement Delivery & Execution Excellence
*
Oversee large-scale transformation programs, managing delivery teams of 50+ consultants across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
*
Ensure quality execution of consulting, technology integration, and cloud migration projects.
*
Provide thought leadership in hybrid cloud, application modernization, AI adoption, cybersecurity, and compliance-driven architecture.
*
Strengthen delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across all engagements.
Cloud & Modern Architecture Advisory
*
Advise clients on cloud strategy, cloud-native applications, migration roadmaps, and security frameworks.
*
Collaborate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners to bring modern cloud capabilities into client solutions.
*
Promote cloud-enabled operating models and AI-driven transformation frameworks.
Internal Leadership & Practice Development
*
Coach and mentor consulting teams to elevate cloud, architecture, and delivery competencies.
*
Drive cross-practice collaboration to integrate solutions across industry, technology, and cloud service lines.
*
Support development of offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets aligned with market demand.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
*
12+ years of consulting experience in enterprise transformation, technology delivery, or cloud modernization.
*
Proven success securing and delivering multi-million-USD consulting engagements.
*
Strong track record in managing large delivery organizations (50+ personnel) with consistent execution excellence.
*
Deep client network and relationship management experience within Taiwan’s Financial Services Sector (especially life insurance).
*
Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms, security, compliance, and AI/ML adoption—prior experience with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) strongly preferred.
*
Ability to operate across both traditional SI delivery and modern cloud-native solution models.
*
Strong communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management skills.
