Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Associate in Global Banking Client Service, you bridge technology solutions and operational needs to deliver automation and process improvements. You evaluate solution feasibility, recommend options, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. You create test cases, support user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality delivery. You partner with stakeholders to maintain visibility, align objectives, and sustain change through training and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering via interviews, workshops, and surveys; analyze process documents and workflows for solution feasibility.

Collaborate with business users, managers, and technology teams to align expectations and maintain project visibility.

Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, test cases, and user stories.

Develop test plans and test cases; conduct user acceptance testing and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Assist project managers with planning, execution, progress tracking, and reporting on status, risks, and issues; manage small-scale projects as needed.

Prepare training materials, deliver training sessions, and support the transition of new processes and systems.

Provide training for new joiners and aspiring citizen developers; perform minor coding when required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Two years of direct experience managing automation projects.

Two years of experience in back-office or shared services operations, with involvement in automation and process improvement.

Strong understanding of business requirements document creation, business case development, and testing practices.

Experience with project management methodology.

Proficiency with automation or RPA tools and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Alteryx, with completed projects.

Proven ability to manage cross-country stakeholder meetings and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Strong writing skills for updates, business requirements, business cases, and technical communications.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

 Experience in transactional processes, including settlements, account opening, payments, and account offboarding.

Educational background in Finance, IT, Engineering, or MIS.

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
