This role blends strategy, data analysis, and process improvement—making a real impact on sustainability and service delivery.

What You’ll Do

Lead business optimization strategies, aligning them with company goals.Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve workflows.Use data insights to design and implement smart, sustainable solutions.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change projects.Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops.

What You Bring

Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years in business optimization or process improvement—ideally in waste management or environmental services.Strong Lean/Six Sigma skills with proven project management experience.Advanced data analysis capabilities and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.Passion for sustainability and innovation.
