We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage the training team in deployment of training courses and infrastructure according to HSBC training framework. Ensure systems are being used appropriately to maintain records and certifications and are of a standard suitable for audit.
Support International Wealth Premier Banking and Insurance Broker customer events for business growth.
Build up High-Net-Worth (HNW), Insurance trust and legacy training systems.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and monitor quality, ensuring Service Level Agreements are being adhered to. Work with various stakeholders to determine training interventions and determine the most appropriate type of intervention.
Ensure that learning resources and budget are in keeping with any rules or regulations and Group standard for the country, region or occupational field.
