Business to Business (B2B) Telesales Appointment Setter

Position Summary

You acquire new industrial Business To Business (B2B) customers for Stanley Engineered Fastening every day. Your tool is the telephone. You research, identify, and contact decision-makers in industry – and convince them to schedule a qualified, initial meeting with our field sales team.

No account management - No project follow-up - No order handling - Just pure sales hunting

Key Responsibilities

You actively make daily telephone contact with new customers in the Business To Business (B2B) industrial sector (E.g, general industry such as sheet metals, white goods, HVAC, renewable energy, transportation, heavy plant and equipment, non residential construction etc)You arrange qualified visit appointments for field staffYou identify decision-makers and their needs via LinkedIn, CRM, web research etcYou develop positive relationships with prospects and develop trustYou follow up inbound leads from the website and other marketing initiatives to qualify sales opportunityYou maintain and document of all your activities in the CRM system (SalesForce)You report on your progress using KPIs driven by the CRM systemThis is a development opportunity for the right candidate to progress into an external sales role

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You love outbound telephone sales and have already achieved success in cold calling salesYou have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, call center, telesales or Business To Business (B2B) lead generationYou are a clear, confident communicator – in Polish, German and EnglishYou’re hungry, disciplined, and know how to close – no one needs to push youYou know how to research smartly and quickly – and you find the right contacts where others give upCRM systems, KPIs and target figures motivate you – you want to exceed, not manageYou already have experience with a CRM system, preferably SalesForceYou must be experienced in selling skills such as rapport building, handling and overcoming objectionsYou need to be great at liaising with people on all levels and backgroundsYou deal with setbacks in a sporting manner and stay focusedYou are an excellent listener, can manage your own time well and have planning and organisation skillsYou are performance driven and results orientated with the ability to tolerate repetitive workYou consistently hit your KPIs – and celebrate every winAn interest in technical products is an advantageYou’re not here to manage customers.
