As a Business Systems Consultant, at AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you will have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better. You will play a pivotal role in implementing critical business solutions to help support brand launches, build new capabilities to improve patient experience and their adherence to their medication journey. Responsibilities: + Leading the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, including cutting-edge AI capabilities, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives, Master Data Management programs etc. to optimize business processes. + Analyzing business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions that optimize efficiency. + Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce system, ensuring effective communication and process improvements. + Defining and managing technical requirements, leading user story creation, solution design, testing, and quality assurance. + Tracking and managing project execution, ensuring progress, action items, and accountability. + Driving process improvements, continuously optimizing Salesforce workflows for better business outcomes. Tools and skills you will use in this role: + Salesforce (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Agentforce) and platform configurations. + SQL and other languages for basic to medium level querying for data analysis + Project management frameworks (Agile, Jira, Confluence) to track deliverables effectively. + Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, MS Visio, Lucid chart for process mapping and analysis. + Collaboration & communication tools for stakeholder engagement and team coordination. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience; PhD with 2 years’ experience. + 7+ years of Business Analyst experience including 5+ years with Salesforce implementation, enterprise digital transformations and cross functional projects. + 3+ years’ experience as a people leader managing direct reports. + Proven ability to analyze business needs, identify process inefficiencies, and design scalable Salesforce solutions. + Proven expertise in writing user stories, conducting user testing, and reviewing deliverables for quality assurance. + Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability. + Developing solutions with a data-driven approach and an outcome-oriented mindset, ensuring decisions are guided by insights and measurable impact. + Comfortable navigating high ambiguity and constant change, acting assertively yet respectfully. + Compelling story telling skills with ability to present on MS Power Point and other modes. + Working independently delivery solutions with minimal supervision Preferred: + Salesforce certified. + Experience in Patient Support Programs or Patient Engagement in Pharmaceutical industry + Experience in Patient/Customer Master Data Management Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ + The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
