Business Systems Architecture Director

Location: Overland Park, KS. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Business Systems Architecture Director is responsible for providing strategic direction with the expansion of systems platform(s). Plays a key role in partnering with CIO/Technology as well as key business leaders to ensure operational capabilities are aligned with business strategy.

How you will make an impact:

Supports the development of the business unit vision as it aligns with the enterprise vision.Creates a strong partnership with business unit and other IT organizations; maintains strong vendor relationships with technologies and tools. Provides leadership to foster and promote configuration excellence quality in the deliverables process efficiency and innovation. Drives consistent solutions that minimize complexity, effort and maintenance. Monitors performance against budget and plan.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 15 years' experience in a related field, including minimum of 12 years planning experience and providing configuration support for Facets, WGS or similar payer system; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

MBA preferred. Healthcare experience with proficiency in the infusion business.Project Management certification and Six Sigma certification preferred. Knowledge of CPR +, Caretend, and & NextGen  systems
