Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Architect to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape the client’s system architecture. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing system designs that align with the client’s objectives. Additionally, the Architect uses their expertise to guide leadership on the pros and cons of various design strategies, ensuring the optimal solution is selected. Beyond design and planning, this role involves executing complex tasks related to system integrations, configurations, and data management on large-scale projects, as well as providing support for issues impacting the client’s enterprise systems Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs. • Design and review system architectures, assessing risks, costs, and business impact. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. • Lead onboarding and implementation of new applications. • Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and QA processes. • Use automation platforms to streamline workflows and enable seamless system integration. • Support data security within enterprise applications. • Manage risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed. • Use SQL and data warehousing to support reporting and decision-making. • Provide technical leadership on projects; lead medium-sized initiatives to completion. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-system issues. • Analyze system performance and identify areas for optimization. • Maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams and roadmaps. • Stay current with industry trends and apply innovations to system design. Skills and Requirements •• More than 7 years of experience in information technology, as a developer/architect, system administration, or solutions architect. o Deep understanding of application integration from third parties, internal applications, and the process to follow. • Familiarity with work management tools (e.g., Jira). • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, FiveTran, MuleSoft, Power Platform). • Knowledge of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Knowledgeable in cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift). • Ability to translate business requirements into system design documents • Understanding of SaaS technology • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education • API development experience. • Proficiency with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io). • Experience in data modeling and database design. • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
