Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Architect to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape the clients system architecture. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing system designs that align with the clients objectives. Additionally, the Architect uses their expertise to guide leadership on the pros and cons of various design strategies, ensuring the optimal solution is selected. Beyond design and planning, this role involves executing complex tasks related to system integrations, configurations, and data management on large-scale projects, as well as providing support for issues impacting the clients enterprise systems Day to Day:  Propose technology solutions to meet business needs.  Design and review systems, considering architecture, risks, costs, and business impact.  Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.  Onboard and implement new applications as needed.  Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality assurance.  Streamline processes and optimize workflows using automation platforms.  Support data security measures.  Manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues.  Use SQL and data warehousing for data-driven decisions and reporting.  Provide technical guidance and lead medium-sized projects.  Resolve high-severity support issues and ensure system reliability.  Analyze system performance for optimization.  Maintain documentation like architecture diagrams and roadmaps.  Stay updated on industry trends and adapt system designs. Skills and Requirements More than 7 years of experience in information technology, including business analysis, system administration, and support.  Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). o Knowledgeable in cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift). o Leverage SQL and enterprise data warehousing to support data-driven decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities.  Experienced in data modeling, database design, and data management strategies. o Integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Platform).  Ability to translate business requirements into system design documents  Understanding of SaaS technology  Bachelors degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Skilled in using diagram tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io).  Proficient in API development.  Familiar with work management platforms (e.g., Jira).  Proficient in applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
