D emonstrate a willingness to learn more, adaptability to urgencies during the day, accountability, incorporate input from others, and support business users daily. This role focuses on extracting insights from complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting findings in clear, concise formats to support decision-making. Troubleshoot concerns highlighted by the business units supported and analyze/complete service requests to drive profit growth . Key Responsibilities + Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. + Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for external personnel. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation processes. + Present findings in clear, accessible formats (e.g., charts, graphs, written summaries). + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address specific business questions. Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Business Administration or Information Management) and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience + 2-4 years of Retail experience preferred + Enterprise Data Management experience is preferred  + SAP or similar ERP system experience is a plus + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required Skills and Competencies + High degree of integrity, humility, and professionalism + Customer focused and respectful of others + Must feel comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel, via email, in person and in small group settings + An understanding of business process and relevant supply chain relationships that exist within the retail industry + Must be detail oriented and understand written/oral instructions + Outstanding planning, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills + Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible night and weekend, when necessary + Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment + Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines  + Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills  + Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities  This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $15.00.
