We're looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to support the rollout and ongoing management of a citywide project management system. This is a local-only opportunity based in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid schedule (80% onsite, 20% remote). You'll be a key player in system configuration, user support, training coordination, and data integrity. Responsibilities: * Configure and manage users, permissions, and project structures within Unifier (or similar PM software) * Maintain accurate project data and documentation * Coordinate and support training sessions (logistics, scheduling, follow-up) * Respond to user inquiries and assist with reporting and troubleshooting * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation and adoption
