Kforce is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team onsite in San Diego, California (CA). Overview: At the center of every great company there are great systems and processes. This Business Systems Analyst will partner with our Growth and Retention Product Management team to design, develop and/or champion innovation with our Customer Success Product Management teams to provide new ways to delight our customers and deliver revenue for this company. In this role you will leverage our onboarding tool and configurations to proactively help our customers across our products at multiple digital touch points. You will also design, develop, and configure for integrations with other Intuit platforms through agile development and coordinated releases. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership. Responsibilities: * Facilitate requirement gathering for onboarding experiences by collaborating with Product Managers, analysts and engineers; Capture desired experience and success metrics * Collaborate with the platform Product Manager for prioritization * Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives * Share experience onboarding requirements with other downstream platform teams and drive delivery by following the agile development process * Onboard maintain experiences via a self-serve tool and configurations
