Business Systems Analyst II - Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Robotic Process Automation to join our ever-evolving Corporate Applications team and help us unleash the potential of every business.  

About the role and team:  

The Corporate Applications team is a centralized function that will help manage and maintain all applications in use across Worldpay. We will partner with all business and technology teams to ensure Worldpay are maximizing the applications' functionality. The team are aligned to business functions and work in partnership with other Worldpay Technology Services teams. This role will be instrumental in identifying automation opportunities, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. 

What you'll own as the Business Analyst II

Process Discovery & Analysis

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify automation candidates across finance, compliance, and operations. 

Document current-state workflows and pain points; define future-state RPA-enabled processes. 

Requirements Gathering

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for RPA bots. 

Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment between business goals and automation design. 

ServiceNow RPA Hub Enablement

Support configuration and deployment of ServiceNow RPA components including Desktop Design Studio, Attended/Unattended Runtime, and Login Agent. 

Assist in setting up Chrome extensions, certificates, and integration points with third-party systems. 

Governance & Compliance

Participate in RPA governance meetings to ensure alignment with security, audit, and risk protocols. 

Maintain documentation for process validation, exception handling, and audit trails. 

Testing & UAT

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate bot performance against business KPIs. 

Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with development teams. 

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners (e.g., Centric Consulting). 

Provide regular updates to leadership on automation progress, blockers, and ROI. 

 

 What you’ll bring 

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, or related field or equivalent years of education and experience 

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in automation or digital transformation projects. 

Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Visio). 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  

It’s a bonus if you have 

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA Hub, including bot deployment and runtime configuration. 

Familiarity with FinTech processes such as VAT recovery, invoice compliance, and financial reporting. 

Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies
