Description Migration Project: Our Real Estate client is working on an application migration with their internal systems to integrate to a new system Day-to-Day Duties + Triage/resolve incidents; ship small fixes/enhancements. + Groom backlog, refine user stories, plan sprints in Azure DevOps. + Prepare and deliver demos; lead trainings for brokers/leadership. + Draft/update documentation (runbooks, specs, release notes). + Coordinate with platform/infra/security on releases and integrations. + Proactively identify improvements (performance, usability, process). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Provides end user support for a specific application while learning about the application and customer. + Assists in application implementations and assists in testing end user processes using defined guidelines. + Updates existing application tables and verifies the accuracy. + Collects data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries as directed by associates. + Interacts with clients, both internal and external, to supply basic information. + Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements, with the guidance of an associate. + Documents business rules/functional requirements to support system enhancements with the guidance of an associate. + Logs and tracks basic problems/work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations. Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES + No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as functional guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks + to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Skills Business systems analysis, migration, SQL, Microsoft Stack TOP SKILLS - MUST HAVES 1. Business Systems Analysis (4+ years) Experience must include at least one of: + Application/platform migrations + Data movement & validation + Postmigration stabilization (hyper care) + Risk management, dependency mapping, business continuity planning 2. SQL & Data Literacy Able to: + Read/interpret SQL + Validate data integrity + Troubleshoot data issues independently + Understand joins, indexes, constraints, transactions + Collaboration with developers & DBAs + Explain data issues to non-technical stakeholders 3. Microsoft Stack (Critical) + Azure: Familiarity with cloud-hosted applications + Azure DevOps: User stories, backlog grooming, sprints + Power BI: KPIs, performance dashboards, reporting Secondary Skills – Nice to Have + Real estate industry exposure or large enterprise experience + Release management and change governance in enterprise environments. + Business analysis skills (process mapping, acceptance criteria, UAT facilitation). + Agile certifications (Scrum), ITIL-lite familiarity for incident/change.
