The Business Reporting and Insights team (BRIT) within infrastructure and operations helps to support our leadership in making data driven decisions. This role will partner closely with the various technology owners within Infrastructure, and other parts of Schwab technology services to provide actionable insights around how we're managing and supporting systems within or technology environment. This individual will work closely with leadership within Infrastructure to track, document, and trend key metrics on infrastructure progress to rationalize our data center footprint and help to make trade off decisions. Additionally, individuals will partner with other teams in Infrastructure to understand their key team priorities, create action-oriented visualizations, and identify opportunities for improvements to how we deliver across Infra Operations.
**What you have**
**Required Qualifications:**
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years related experience, preferably in financial services and/or technology space.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Analytical skills that you employ to take initiative in solving problems creatively
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to coordinate a variety of data sources, and to discuss design and results with non-technical colleagues
• Experience developing, automating, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and/or self-service tools
• Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Altyrex, or other similar tools).
