Job Summary

Reporting to our Information Technology Manager we are seeking to hire a Business System Analyst Flex Flow, located in Colubia South Carolina.

In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like:

Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.In charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systemsResearch, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

6+ years of hands‑on experience with FlexFlow (FF) and FF environment setupSkilled in submitting requests for new TEST and PROD FlexFlow environmentsProficient in configuring Routes, FF core templates, FCS, and Labels to support new customer onboardingExperienced collaborating with the FlexFlow development team, including submitting development requests, managing bug fixes, and preparing BRDs and test documentationWorking knowledge of SQL programming, database design, and performance optimizationExperience developing SSRS reportsFamiliar with FFTester and working with web services using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSONFamiliar with setting up signals between FF & Baan & how they are used; understanding of ACK & NACK

Some preferred experiences:

Experience with Medical CSV/CSA processes and documentationFamiliarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scriptingExposure to C#/.NET or Python for web developmentKnowledge of Spectrum labelingExposure to Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
